OUTLINE:

The Gospel of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ, who is God incarnate, humbled Himself to die on our behalf. Thus, He became the sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty of our guilt. He rose from the dead to declare with power that He is Lord over all, and He offers eternal life freely to sinners who will surrender to Him in humble, repentant faith.

1Co 8:2
If anyone imagines that he knows something, he does not yet know as he ought to know.

Whatever the Lord God wills, He does. Whatever He purposes, He brings to pass. The will of the Lord cannot be thwarted. He is absolutely sovereign. If there’s one truth we ought to be comfortable with, it’s this one!

Overstepping Your Bounds??
When we try to fill in the spaces between parallel truths in the Bible, aren't we trying to be like God, instead of accepting by faith what He gives us?!

1Co 8:2
If anyone imagines that he knows something, he does not yet know as he ought to know.

Your peace isn't dependent on you knowing everything; rather, it depends on you trusting in God to provide everything you need to know.

Faith
Faith is the device God gives us that bridges the gap between His decree and man’s limited ability to understand the whole of it.

Jn 19:30
When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, “It is finished,” and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

Arrogance is unteachable.

Freedom
Consider it a grace blessing to have the substance of false doctrines replaced by faith in your soul. Man gives us false doctrines, but God gives us faith that saves/delivers. Which option do you think God desires for His children?

2Co 11:3
But I am afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts will be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ.

Heb 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him
