OUTLINE:

Knowing Christ Is Everything
It’s not enough to just know “of” Him, or who He was, historically, or even that He died for the forgiveness of sin. To know Him is to know that life is good.

Eph 4:1
I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to
which you have been called.

“give, and it will be given to you”
This is a promise regarding grace. If we allow God’s grace to flow through us, we are blessed (cp. Pr 11:24-25). Love gives (Jn 15:12-13).

The Way Grace “Works”
WE are sanctified when we are gracious towards OTHERS.

Pr 11:24-25 [Message]
The world of the generous gets larger and larger; the world of the stingy gets smaller and smaller. The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed; those who help others are helped.

“give, and it will be given to you”
This is a promise regarding grace. If we allow God’s grace to flow through us, we are blessed (cp. Pr 11:24-25). Love gives (Jn 15:12-13).

Priorities
What you think about your limited time here on Earth sets your priorities in life. Priorities dictate where we spend our energy, and ultimately whether our fruit is good or bad. Being exhausted isn’t the litmus test, it’s how you ended up that way.

God’s Grace
God is prepared to reveal to each of us, in the context of our own lives, ANYTHING that takes us away from Him, experientially. (ref. Php 3:15)

Eph 5:13-14
But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is
light.

“God loves a cheerful giver”
This special love of God for cheerful givers describes blessings targeted for those with a good attitude about living for others, those whose eyes are so much on Christ that they can’t be on self.

God is glorified by blessing you out.

Heb 13:16
Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.

Gal 1:10 [Amplified]
Am I now trying to win the favor and approval of men, or of God? Or am I seeking to please someone? If I were still trying to be popular with men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.

1Th 2:4b
...so we speak, not to please man, but to please God who tests our hearts.

Heb 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

“this is the will of God, your sanctification”
Any questions??? God’s intention for us is simply stated, it is to be sanctified (set apart for His purposes) on Earth. This requires two things from us: humility and obedience. If we’re “present” with Him, we reap unimaginable blessings!
