If you are walking by the Spirit, you will flee from temptation. The Holy Spirit will convict you to turn away from your fleshly desire to sin and turn to Christ (pray, read the Bible, seek relief).
Skeptics may cry, “To err is human!” In this thing, they are positively correct. Thank God the Bible was not “made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21).
God's heart is for unselfish love and care for one another, under the safety and commitment of the umbrella of marriage. Sexual intimacy outside of that umbrella is evil in God's eyes.
