• WELCOME

“But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.”

    1 Timothy 1:5

  • Part 5 - Introduction - Why Are the Apostles So Encouraging?

    Everything's Backwards and Upside Down!
The things that the world esteems the most are often the same things that are potential handicaps in the spiritual life (eg. intellect, athleticism, beauty, strength/power, business acumen, shrewdness, etc.) (1Co 1:25-31)

  • Part 3: Remember (Don't Forget) The Grace The Lord Your God Has Shown You

The more we remember, the more we love. The more we love, the greater we become like God. "We love, because He first loved us" (1Jn 4:19). The one who is forgiven much ("Remember (Don't Forget!)), loves much! (Lk 7:39-47)

  • The Introduction of the God-man. John 1:1-18

We have a special revelation by John of the incarnation of the Word; namely God becoming flesh, revealing Himself/His Word in an entirely different way than in the OT. Joh 1:14

"What Color Are You?"

The personality that is received by others isn’t always the one we think we are projecting...

Part 9: What Is Good? And Who Gets To Define It?

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is already seasoned enough; we do not have to “spice it up” in order to perform our evangelistic duties as unto the Lord. When we do such things, we are thwarting the pristine nature of it! (ref:  Dt 4:2)
